lott9 Platform User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and lott9 ("lott9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the lott9 online gambling platform accessible at https://lott9.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features therein.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by lott9, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

lott9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on their account. Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on lott9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. lott9 operates exclusively for adults aged 21 and above. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on lott9. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be suspended pending investigation. Any winings accumulated through duplicate accounts may be voided.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including lists maintained by lott9 or recognised responsible gambling organisations.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from any Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

Registration on lott9 requires the submission of accurate personal information including, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred currency. Malaysian players will have MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) set as their default account currency.

Upon successful registration, you will receive account credentials comprising a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. lott9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account details.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for enhanced account security.
• Notify lott9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• lott9 staff will never request your password via any communication channel.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, subject to applicable law.

lott9 reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("KYC") checks at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon detecting unusual account activity. Players are required to cooperate fully with such checks and provide requested documentation within reasonable timeframes.

lott9 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian-native payment methods to facilitate fast, convenient deposits and withdrawals. Accepted payment channels include, but are not limited to:DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

The following general conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The standard minimum deposit is RM30, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same Account, and only after KYC verification is complete.
• Processing Times: E-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts. FPX bank transfers may take 5–60 minutes depending on the receiving bank. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• Currency: All transactions for Malaysian players are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the player has selected a cryptocurrency balance.
• Anti-Money Laundering: lott9 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence, including requests for supporting documentation regarding the source of funds.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary deposit limits through their account settings as part of our Responsible Gambling framework. Mandatory deposit limits may be applied by lott9 in certain circumstances.

lott9 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms which supplement and, where there is a conflict, take precedence over these general Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on lott9:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "35x" means the bonus amount must be wagered 35 times in total).
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active, a maximum bet limit ofMYR 250–500 per round applies, as specified in each promotion's terms. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates (typically 10–20%). Contribution rates are published in each promotion's detailed terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses are subject to expiry windows ranging from 7 to 30 days, as specified at the time of each offer. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited without exception.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not activate or hold multiple bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by specific promotional terms.
• Abuse Prevention: lott9 reserves the right to withold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or-derived winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, collusion, use of automated betting tools, or exploitation of system errors.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for promotional offers.

All games available on the lott9 Platform are sourced from certified international game studios and are independently tested for fairness and Return-to-Player (RTP) accuracy by recognised testing laboratories. Each game operates using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

Players acknowledge and accept that:

• All gambling outcomes on lott9 are determined by certified RNG systems and are inherently random. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
• Published RTP percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session or over any specific period.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, lott9 reserves the right to void the affected round. Any bets placed during a malfunction may be refunded at lott9's discretion.

• Live betting odds and sports market outcomes are determined by real-world events. lott9 is not responsible for errors arising from misunderstanding of live odds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lott9 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using the Platform while under21 years of age, or facilitating its use by any person under 21.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Money laundering, or using the Platform in connection with any proceeds of crime.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or employing low-risk hedging strategies to clear wagering requirements.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing lott9 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

lott9 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We operate exclusively for players aged 21 years and above. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

lott9 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered players:

lott9 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit Platform Content.
• Any right to modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any component of the Platform.
• Any right to frame, mirror, or incorporate any portion of the Platform within another website or application.
• Any right to use lott9's trademarks or branding without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to intellectual property infringement claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lott9 shall not be liable to any Player or third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, lott9 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from the use or inability to use the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond lott9's reasonable control.
• Any decisions made by a Player in reliance on information presented on the Platform, including game outcomes, odds, or statistical data.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or bonus forfeiture.
• Any damage arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

In any event, lott9's aggregate liability to any Player under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of the real-money balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

lott9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any specific promotional terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or association with proceeds of criminal activity.
• Request by the Player for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon account termination, the following shall apply: (a) any pending wagering requirements must be satisfied for associated bonus funds to be retained; (b) any real-money balance remaining in the Account following resolution of outstanding matters will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable AML checks; (c) accounts terminated for breach of these Terms may not be eligible for balance return where funds are associated with fraudulent activity.

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting lott9 support via live chat or email.

lott9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. All amendments will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material amendments — those that materially affect Player rights or obligations — will additionally be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address held on their Account.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which lott9 operates.

In the event of a dispute arising between a Player and lott9, the following resolution process shall apply:

1. Initial Complaint: The Player must first submit a formal written complaint to lott9 customer support, clearly setting out the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought.
2. Internal Review: lott9 will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
3. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through internal review, the Player may escalate the matter through applicable alternative dispute resolution channels.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
